进入新时代以来,我国在人工智能领域产出了大量论文和专利成果,并建成一批研发机构,体现出成为人工智能强国的实力和潜力,为我国进一步发展智能领域的高科技奠定了基础。文章回顾了党的十八大以来我国在人工智能领域取得的研究成果和政策发展情况,从逐步完善科技创新体系,为人工智能技术提供有力的结构性支撑;推进高水平对外开放的发展目标,需要运用人工智能;夯实科技安全根基,为人工智能应用提供保障等方面展望新征程上人工智能的发展。

Since entering the new era,Chinese scientists has published a large number of papers and patents in the field of artificial intelligence,and a number of research and development institutions have been built,reflecting the strength and potential of becoming a powerful country in artificial intelligence,laying the foundation for further development of high-tech in the field of intelligence.The article reviews the research achievements,institution construction and policy development made in the field of artificial intelligence since the 18th CPC National Congress,the development of artificial intelligence in the new journey is expected from the aspects of gradually improving the scientific and technological innovation system to provide strong structural support for artificial intelligence technology,promoting the development goal of high-level opening to the outside world,and consolidating the foundation of scientific and technological security to provide guarantee for the application of artificial intelligence.
