摘要
以西曲煤矿18406工作面为研究背景,针对18406工作面的压煤问题,结合填充工作面的地质情况,采用仰斜固体充填采煤工艺,并对工作面的地表变形规律和经济效益进行分析,通过使用仰斜固体充填采煤工艺,结果表明:18406工作面在应用优化后的工艺可实现16.4万t的煤炭资源回收,充填矸石12.2万t,工作面下沉量最大值390 mm,水平方向最大形变量0.46 mm。
Based on the 18406 working face of Xiqu Coal Mine as the research background, aiming at the coal pressing problem of 18406working face, combined with the geological conditions of filling working face, the mining technology of inverting solid backfill is adopted, and the surface deformation law and economic benefits of working face are analyzed. By using the mining technology of inverting solid backfill, the results show that: The optimized process of 18406 working face can realize the recovery of 164,000 tons of coal resources, 122,000 tons of filling gangue, the maximum subsidence of working face is 390mm, and the maximum shape variable in horizontal direction is 0.46mm.
