单轨吊机车具有使用灵活方便、机动性强、安全可靠的特点,如将其做为平台工具,在其基础上进行模块化改进,可以适应不同的工况及用途。兖矿能源集团股份有限公司东滩煤矿五采区皮带巷掘进期间,通过对单轨吊机车的研究与改造,创造性的将单轨吊与转载机相结合,研制出单轨式转载机及配套工艺流程。通过现场试验与应用,其安全性、出矸效率均得到充分验证。

Monorail crane has the characteristics of flexible and convenient use, strong mobility, safety and reliability, such as as a platform tool, modular improvement on its basis, can adapt to different working conditions and uses. During the driving of belt roadway in the fifth mining area of Dongtan Coal Mine of Yanzkuang Energy Group Company Limied, through the research and transformation of monorail crane,the monorail crane was creatively combined with the transfer machine, and the monorail transfer machine and its supporting technological process were developed. Through field test and application, the safety and efficiency of gangue production have been fully verified.
