“110工法”条件下综采工作面复合顶板沿空留巷矿压规律研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了确保沿空留巷的施工安全,本文对110工法条件下综采工作面复合顶板沿空留巷矿压规律展开研究。布设数据采集节点,获取基础的矿压变化数据、信息,结合110工法,分析复合顶板承压支架的实际受力情况,设定辅助架的伸缩距离,营造合理的承压环境。结合获取的前期留巷、后期留巷数据,在不同的测试阶段下,测算出整体的挡矸压力值。经过3个阶段的测定,挡矸压力值随着顶板巷道间距的增加而增加,可得出结论,综采工作面扩大,顶板沿空留巷的移位间距也随之增大,此时的挡矸压力的变化值也会随之增加;反之,综采工作面缩小,顶板沿空留巷的移位间距也随之减小,此时的挡矸压力的变化值也会随之下降,致使矿压出现正向的变化规律。 In order to ensure the construction safety of gob side entry retaining, this paper studies the ground pressure law of gob side entry retaining with composite roof in fully mechanized mining face under the condition of 110 construction method. Arrange data acquisition nodes to obtain the ground pressure change data and information of the foundation. Combined with the 110 construction method, analyze the actual stress condition of the composite roof pressure bearing support, set the expansion distance of the auxiliary support, and create a reasonable pressure bearing environment. Combined with the acquired data of early and late roadway retention, the overall gangue retaining pressure value is calculated under different test stages. After three stages of measurement, the value of gangue retaining pressure increases with the increase of roof roadway spacing. It can be concluded that with the expansion of fully mechanized mining face, the displacement spacing of roof gob retaining roadway also increases, and the change value of gangue retaining pressure at this time will also increase;On the contrary, when the fully mechanized mining face is reduced, the displacement spacing of the roof retaining roadway along the goaf is also reduced, and the change value of the gangue retaining pressure at this time will also decrease, resulting in a positive change law of the mine pressure.
