株柏煤矿急倾斜煤层采空区防灭火技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 急倾斜煤层回采过程中较缓倾斜和倾斜煤层更易发生煤体自然发火灾害,相关防治方案的制定和工程施工也更加困难。工作面回采形成的采空区内需要留设保护煤柱,同时采空区具有空室体积大、漏风严重等特点,导致采空区内煤体自然发火诱因多,加之急倾斜煤层的地质特点,使得对采空区内火灾问题的预防和控制较为困难。为保证工作面的安全接续开采,采空区防灭火技术研究成为实现急倾斜煤层条件下安全生产的重中之重。本文结合株柏煤矿地质特征和工作面回采特征,分析诱发火灾的关键因素,相应设计煤矿火灾监测系统,并对工作面回采前、回采期间及回撤期间采空区的防灭火措施展开研究。研究方案可为株柏煤矿及其他同类型矿井火灾防治作业提供技术参考和借鉴。 In the mining process of steeply inclined coal seam, natural combustion disasters are more likely to occur in gently inclined coal seam and inclined coal seam, and it is more difficult to formulate relevant prevention and control schemes and engineering construction. At the same time, the goaf has the characteristics of large empty chamber volume and serious air leakage, which leads to many triggers for spontaneous ignition of coal body in the goaf. In addition, the geological characteristics of sharply inclined coal seam make it difficult to prevent and control the fire problem in the goaf. In order to ensure the safe continuous mining of working face, the study of fire prevention technology in goaf has become the top priority to realize the safety production under the condition of steeply inclined coal seam. Combined with the geological characteristics and mining characteristics of zhubai coal mine, this paper analyzes the key factors causing the fire, designs the coal mine fire monitoring system accordingly, and studies the fire prevention measures of the goaf before, during and during mining of the working face. The research scheme can provide technical reference for fire prevention and control in Zhubai Coal mine and other similar mines.
