Study on the stability of pillar placement in Daxing Coal Mine

摘要 针对锦源煤矿高瓦斯的生产难题,以一采区101工作面为研究对象,采用KSPB软件计算了“三带”分布特征,同时通过理论计算确定高抽巷的合理层位,结果表明高抽巷的最佳层位位于回风巷的水平距离为48 m且与煤层顶板的垂直距离为53 m处,同时采用fluent软件验证了理论计算结果。结合现场实际情况,设计了高抽巷低负压抽采系统,现场实测表明,回采期间工作面瓦斯浓度在0.34%~0.76%,高抽巷瓦斯浓度在26%~35%之间,实现了工作面的安全开采以及瓦斯的高效回收。 Aiming at the problem of high gas production in Jinyuan Coal Mine, taking the 101 working face of the first mining area as the research object, the reasonable layer of the high-drainage roadway was theoretically calculated, and the theoretical calculation results were verified by fluent software, and the low-negative pressure pumping of the high-extraction roadway was designed. The on-site measurement shows that the gas concentration of the working face is 0.34%~0.76%, and the gas concentration of the high extraction roadway is between26%~35%, which realizes the safe mining of the working face and the efficient recovery of gas.
