基于气固双向耦合的采煤面粉尘分布规律研究

摘要 综采工作面在割煤过程中会产生大量粉尘污染环境,为降低采煤面的粉尘污染问题,对采煤工作面粉尘的分布状况进行研究,运用3D建模软件建立采煤面模型,选择气固双向耦合模型进行数值模拟。结果表明:采煤面的风流会呈现增大-减小-增大-稳定的分布规律,并且采煤面粉尘浓度会随着风流速度的增大呈现先减小后增大的分布规律;当进风速度为1.2 m/s时,采煤面整体粉尘浓度较低;同时观察到粒径较大的粉尘颗粒会在产生后运移25 m左右全部沉降,难以靠自身重力沉降的较小粒径的呼吸性粉尘会随风流进入回风巷道,回风巷主要漂浮的呼吸性粉尘。 In order to reduce the dust pollution of coal mining face,the distribution of flour dust in coal mining face is studied,the coal mining face model is established by using 3D modeling software,and the gas-solid two-way coupling model is selected for numerical simulation.The results show that the air flow in the coal mining face will show an increase decrease increase stable distribution law,and the dust concentration in the coal mining face will first decrease and then increase with the increase of air flow velocity;When the air inlet speed is 1.2m/s,the overall dust concentration of the coal mining face is low;At the same time,it is observed that the dust particles with larger particle size will migrate and settle about 25m after generation.The respiratory dust with smaller particle size that is difficult to settle by its own gravity will enter the return air roadway with the air flow,and the return air roadway is mainly floating respiratory dust.
