宁夏人腺病毒临床标本的首次全基因组序列分析

摘要 目的 对宁夏1例人腺病毒临床标本进行全基因组测序及遗传进化分析。方法 从2020年宁夏中卫市海原县1例发热患儿的咽拭子标本中检测出人腺病毒阳性,对该标本进行全基因组测序,利用MEGA构建系统发育进化树,用Simplot软件进行重组分析。结果 宁夏该腺病毒是由HAdV-C2、HAdV-C89和HAdV-C104组成的重组病毒,并与human/CHN/BJ04/2012腺病毒株存在高度相似进化关系。结论 宁夏该腺病毒基因组可能包含多个型内重组事件,人腺病毒C亚属的基因重组应引起高度重视。 Objective To sequence the whole genome and analyze the genetic evolution of a human adenovirus from Ningxia. Methods Adenovirus positive was detected in the throat swab of a febrile child in Haiyuan County,Zhongwei City,Ningxia in 2020. The whole-genome sequence was obtained. Phylogenetic trees were generated by MEGA,and recombination was analyzed by Simplot. Results The adenovirus strain from Ningxia was a recombinant virus composed of HAdV-C2,HAdV-C89,and HAdV-C104,and had a highly evolutionary relationship with the adenovirus strain human/CHN/BJ04/2012. Conclusion The genome of this adenovirus strain in Ningxia may contain multiple intratype recombination events,and the gene recombination of human adenovirus subgenus C should be highly valued.
