基于生物信息学预测迷迭香酸治疗子宫内膜癌的靶点和通路 被引量:1

Predicting the Target and Pathway of Rosmarinic Acid in the Treatment of Endometrial Carcinoma Based on Bioinformatics

摘要 目的 基于生物信息学方法预测迷迭香酸治疗子宫内膜癌的作用靶点及通路。方法 借助TCMSP和CTD数据库收集和筛选出迷迭香酸的基因,利用GeneCards、DisGeNET数据库获取子宫内膜癌的相关靶点;以STRING 11.5数据库为平台构建靶蛋白互作网络(PPI),运用Metascape数据库进行基因本体(GO)富集分析和京都基因与基因组百科全书(KEGG)通路富集分析。结果 迷迭香酸共筛选出76个靶点,子宫内膜癌共有4 052个靶点,其中迷迭香酸与子宫内膜癌的交集靶点有67个,包括JUN、TNF、IL-6、PTGS2、MMP-9、CASP3、AKT1等。将67个交集靶点进行富集分析获得1 422条GO富集分析条目和271条KEGG富集分析通路。结论 迷迭香酸可能通过靶点MMP-9、AKT1,IL-17信号通路、TNF信号通路、Toll样受体信号通路参与子宫内膜癌的治疗。 Objective To predict the target and pathway of rosmarinic acid in the treatment of endometrial carcinoma by bioinformatics. Methods Based on the TCMSP and CTD database,the targets of rosmarinic acid were screened out,and endometrial carcinoma-related targets were obtained by GeneCards and Dis Ge NET database. The target protein interaction network(PPI)was constructed on the STRING 11.5 database platform,and Metascape database was used to conduct the GO function and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis. Results Rosmarinic acid were selected as 76 genes,4 052 therapeutic targets for endometrial carcinoma. Then,67 common targets were obtained,including JUN,TNF,IL-6,PTGS2,MMP-9,CASP3,AKT1,etc. 67 common targets were enriched 1 422 GO functional annotations and 271 KEGG signaling pathways were obtained.Conclusion Rosmarinic acid can treat endometrial carcinoma through MMP-9,AKT1 and IL-17 signaling pathway,TNF signaling pathway,Toll-like receptor signaling pathway.
