浅谈高中阶段学习过程中的时间管理误区与对策

摘要 时间管理从本质上来讲是个人的管理,从宏观的角度看是一种人生规划。关于高中阶段学习过程中的时间管理,具体研究策略需认清动机和求知欲,学会珍惜时间,提升学习的专注能力,同时结合教学实践给出相关建议。
