白蜡窄吉丁诱捕器缓释瓶材质及悬挂方式对其诱捕效果的影响

摘要 白蜡窄吉丁(Agrilus planipennis Fairmaire)对白蜡属(Fraxinus)植物造成严重威胁,利用诱捕器监测白蜡窄吉丁成虫发生动态有助于明确其关键防治时期。本研究在绒毛白蜡(Fraxinus velutina)和新疆小叶白蜡(Fraxinus sogdiana Bunge)混交林中展开,使用黄绿色板与引诱剂YC组合制成诱捕器,分别测定引诱剂在不同材质缓释瓶中的挥发速率及诱捕效果,确定出最佳缓释瓶材质后,分别测定不同高度、方位、密度下诱捕器对白蜡窄吉丁成虫诱捕量,最终明确白蜡窄吉丁诱捕器最佳监测技术。结果表明,软陶材质缓释瓶中引诱剂的挥发速率最低,对白蜡窄吉丁成虫的诱捕量显著高于其他材质。白蜡窄吉丁诱捕器的悬挂方式对其诱捕量影响显著,诱捕阳面的诱捕量显著高于半阳面与阴面,诱捕器120个/hm^(2)和150个/hm^(2)时诱捕量显著高于其他密度。白蜡窄吉丁诱捕器应使用软陶材质的缓释瓶盛装引诱剂,最佳悬挂方式为悬挂于树冠中上层的阳面,悬挂密度以120个/hm^(2)为宜。 Agrilus planipennis Fairmaire(emerald ash borer,EAB)causes a serious threat to Fraxinus spp.because of the hidden damage of EAB larvae.Therefore,the monitoring of EAB adults was an effective method to confirm the key prevention stage of the pest.The yellowish-green sticky traps and most effective attractant YC were made up as EAB tarp,and the best material of release bottle,height,direction and density were determined to ensure the best hanging method of the EAB traps.The results showed that the volatilization rate was the lowest and the number of trapped EAB adults attracted by soft ceramics bottle was higher than others.Meanwhile,the number of trapped EAB adults increased with the hanging height,the number of trapped EAB traps hung in sunny side was significantly higher than those of semi-sunny and shady side,and the densities of 120 and 150 traps per hm^(2) were much more than other densities.In order to ensure the monitoring efficiency of the EAB traps,the soft ceramics bottle should be used in these EAB traps and these traps should be hung on the sunny side of upper and middle canopy,and the optimum hanging density was 120 traps per hm^(2).
