A Brief Discussion on the Development Trend of Urban Underground Space in Beijing

如今,城市迅速发展,一些诸如环境恶化、资源紧张、交通拥挤、用地短缺等“大城市病”应运而生。为解决上述问题并推进城市发展,未来城市发展趋势势必围绕地下空间展开。通过分析发展地下空间的现实条件、依托基础及优势,总结未来地下城市可能的运行模式及需注意的问题,以期能够为未来城市地下空间的发展利用及地上-地下城市联动提供模式借鉴。

Nowadays, the city has developed rapidly, and some "large cities diseases" such as environmental deterioration, tight resources, traffic congestion, and land shortages arise at the historic moment. In order to solve the above problems and promote urban development, future urban development trends will be laid around the underground space. By analyzing the real conditions,foundation and advantages of underground space development, this paper summarizes the possible operational models of underground cities in the future and the problems to be paid attention to, in order to provide a model reference for the development and utilization of underground space and the linkage between above-ground and underground cities in the future.
