Practical Research on Intelligent Engineering in a Hotel

酒店作为功能性建筑,其智能化包含了大量自动化、计算机、多媒体、安防监控等高新技术。以深航国际酒店客房局部装修工程(8-28层)弱电智能化工程为例,详细分析了酒店智能化工程中的重难点问题,并就楼宇自控系统、客房控制系统、综合布线系统等专项重点系统技术展开实践研究,介绍其安装调试过程,以及各系统的联动协作。

As a functional building, the intellectualization of the hotel includes a large number of high and new technologies such as automation, computer, multimedia and security monitoring. Taking the weak current intellectualization project of the local decoration project(floors 8-28) of the guest rooms of Shenzhen Airlines International Hotel as an example, this paper analyzes the key and difficult problems in the intelligent project of the hotel in detail, carries out practical research on the building automatic control system, guest room control system, integrated wiring system and other special key system technology, and introduces its installation and commissioning process, as well as the linkage and cooperation of various systems.
