中国建筑工业化发展主要障碍及对策研究

Research on Main Obstacles and Countermeasures of the Development of Chinese Construction Industrialization

为了全面性满足我国基础建造工作的发展需求,同样也为保证建造领域能够尽快满足工业化建设标准,应加强对工业化建设技术的认知,明确工业化技术对建造模式的促进价值。文章基于中国建筑行业现状出发,对实现建筑领域全面工业化发展的意义进行分析后,针对现阶段中国建筑工业化发展的主要障碍展开研究,而后总结出具有针对性地解决对策。以期望能够实现建造领域的工业化发展,促进我国基础建筑行业的不断进步。

In order to fully meet the development needs of China’s basic construction work, and also to ensure that the construction field can meet the industrial construction standards as soon as possible, we should strengthen the cognition of industrial construction technology, and clarify the promotion value of industrialization technology to the construction mode. Based on the current situation of China’s construction industry, this paper analyzes the significance of realizing the comprehensive industrialization development of the construction field, studies the main obstacles to the development of China’s construction industrialization at the present stage,and then summarizes the targeted solutions, in order to realize the industrialization development of the construction field and promote the continuous progress of China’s infrastructure construction industry.
