摘要
介绍了转炉厂120 t LF炉电极升降液压比例控制系统,并利用Matlab对系统进行数学建模,对其进行仿真模拟,数据表明:该电极升降控制系统受外负载力、炉内料高水平以及电极烧蚀量的影响较小,系统的抗干扰能力较高。研究成果对大型LF炉电极升降控制系统的设计提供了重要参考。
The structure features of hydraulic proportional control system for electrode lifting of 120 t LF furnace in converter plant are introduced, and the mathematical model is established. Matlab software is used to simulate and analyze the mathematical model. The results show that the electrode lifting control system is less affected by external load, material height in furnace and electrode ablation amount, and the anti-interference ability of the system is higher. Which provides an important reference for the design of electrode lifting control system of large LF furnace.
