摘要 以氧化石墨烯(GO)为改性剂,丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)为单体,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(NMBA)为交联剂,偶氮二异丁咪唑啉盐酸盐(Va-044)为引发剂,采用水溶液聚合法制备了GO-聚(AA-AM)[P(AA-AM)]吸水树脂,并研究了GO对吸水树脂吸水性能的影响。结果表明,GO改性吸水树脂的最佳制备条件:中和度为80%,GO,NMBA,Va-044用量分别为AA质量的0.3%,0.7%,0.7%,m(AA)∶m(AM)为3∶1,得到的吸水树脂的吸水倍率为293.0 g/g。GO的加入明显改善了吸水树脂的溶胀速率、保水性能及重复使用性能。 Graphene oxide(GO)was used as modification additive,acrylic acid(AA)and acrylamide(AM)as polymerization monomers,N,N-methylene bisacrylamide(NMBA)as crosslinking agent and azodiisobutimidazoline hydrochloride(Va-044)as initiator to prepare GO-P(AA-AM)superabsorbent via aqueous solution polymerization.The effect of GO on water absorbency of super absorbent was discussed.The results show that the optimal preparation conditions of GO modified superabsorbent are as follows:the neutralization degree is 80%;the mass ratios of GO to AA,NMBA to AA,Va-044 to AA are 0.3%,0.7%,0.7%,respectively;the mass ratio of AA to AM is 3∶1,swelling ratio of super-absorbent reaches 293.0 g/g.The addition of GO significantly improves the swelling rate,water retention and reusability of the superabsorbent.
