定量红外光谱法鉴定聚碳酸酯回收料的可行性分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过分析聚碳酸酯(PC)原生料与两种回收料的傅里叶变换红外光谱数据,验证了采用红外光谱法鉴定PC原生料与回收料的可行性,并研究了原生料与两种回收料的溶解性、热性能与微观结构的差异。在红外吸收光谱中,以3301 cm^(-1)处的羟基特征吸收峰作为标定分析峰,建立PC原生料标样浓度与羟基特征吸收峰强度的线性回归曲线,建立了定量分析方法。结果表明:在该体系中,回归曲线的线性关系良好,线性相关系数在0.85以上,在±80%相对误差区间内可区分新料与回收料;该方法为实现PC回收料的快速鉴别提供了可能性。 The feasibility of identification of the raw materials and recycled materials of polycarbonate(PC)via quantitative infrared spectroscopy was verified by analyzing the infrared spectra data of the raw PC materials and two kinds of recycled materials.The differences of solubility,thermal properties and microstructures of the raw PC and two kinds of recycled materials were studied.The characteristic peak at 3301 cm^(-1) attributed to the—OH group was taken as the calibration peak,and the linear regression curve between the concentration of PC raw materials and the absorption intensity of the characteristic peak at 3301 cm^(-1) was established,which can be used as the quantitative analysis method.The results show that the linear relationship of the regression curve with more than 0.85 of the correlation coefficients is acceptable,thus the recycled materials of PC can be identified within the relative error interval of±80%.The quantitative infrared spectroscopy provides the possibility to achieve the rapid identification of PC recycled materials.
