Preparation of PBO compatibilized PBAT/Starch composites

摘要 以2,2-(1,3-亚苯基)-二噁唑啉(PBO)为增容剂,二羟甲基丙酸为活性组分,制备了聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBAT)/淀粉复合材料,采用热重分析仪、电子万能材料试验机、扫描电子显微镜分析了材料的热性能、力学性能及断面形貌。结果表明:随PBO用量的增加,复合材料的热稳定性、拉伸强度、拉伸模量、断裂拉伸应变出现了先上升后下降的趋势;PBO的加入使淀粉、PBAT的熔点下降,结晶温度上升;当PBO质量分数为1.0%时,复合材料的相容性、热稳定性最好,拉伸强度、拉伸模量、断裂拉伸应变最大,分别为5.91 MPa,68.3 MPa,320%。 2,2-(1,3-Phenylene)-dioxazoline(PBO)was used as a reactive compatibilizer,and dimethylolpropionic acid as reaction additive to prepare starch/poly(butyleneadipate-terephthalate)(PBAT),whose thermal properties,mechanical properties,section morphology were analyzed by thermogravimetry analyzer,electronic universal material testing machine,and scanning electron microscope.The results show that the thermal stability,tensile strength,tensile modulus,and tensile strain at break of the composites first increase and then decrease with the increase of PBO content.The melting point of starch and PBAT decrease while their crystallization temperature increases with the addition of PBO.When the mass fraction of PBO is 1%,the compatibility and thermal stability of the composites are the best,its tensile strength,tensile modulus and tensile strain at break reach the maximum of 5.91 MPa,68.3 MPa and 320%,respectively.
