摘要
企业数字化中心是企业数字化发展战略落地的有效支撑和组织保障。阐述企业成立数字化中心的必要性,并提出具体的实施建议,包括:明确企业数字化中心的职责定位;强化企业数字化中心的人员配置;建立企业数字化中心的考核激励与人才培养机制;建立企业数字化中心的员工晋升通道。在此基础上,为确保企业数字化中心正常运转,助力企业数字化转型产生实效,提出相应的保障措施,包括:加强生产部门级的组织领导;加强多渠道的人才培养;保障资源的精准投入;保持坚定的战略定力。
Enterprise digitization center is the effective support and organization guarantee for the realization of enterprise digitization development strategy.This paper expounds the necessity of establishing digitization center in enterprises and puts forward concrete implementation suggestions,including clarifying the functional orientation and primary responsibilities of the digitalization center,strengthening the personnel allocation of enterprise digital center,establishing the evaluation and incentive and talent training mechanism of enterprise digitization center,and establishing the employee promotion channel of enterprise digital center.On this basis,in order to ensure the normal operation of the enterprise digitization center and help the enterprise digital transformation produce effective results,the corresponding safeguard measures are put forward,including strengthening the organization and leadership of the production department,strengthening multi-channel personnel training,ensuring the precise investment of resources,and maintaining firm strategic focus.
