阐述了纳林河选煤厂生产过程中存在设备保护误报警、煤流堵塞造成生产延误、重介悬浮液密度不稳定导致产品质量波动等影响生产效率的问题。通过对生产系统进行分析,采取合理的技术改造后,系统的稳定性、选煤效率、产品质量均有提高,设备故障率大大降低,减少了维修成本,达到了提质增效的效果。
