摘要
正通选煤厂入洗原煤水分大,原煤仓下给煤机放仓时多次发生带有明水的煤仓窜仓、跑仓事故,导致生产系统无法正常生产,给选煤厂生产带来重大安全隐患。正通选煤厂通过对原煤仓下放仓系统进行技术改造,降低了入洗原煤水分,解决了煤仓窜仓、跑仓等安全隐患,保证了选煤厂正常生产。
In view of the large amount of raw coal washing water in Zhengtong coal preparation plant, the coal bunker channeling and running accidents with open water occurred many times when the coal feeder under the raw coal bunker was put into the bunker, resulting in the failure of normal production of the production system and major potential safety hazards to the production of the coal preparation plant.Through the technical transformation of the raw coal bunker lowering system in Zhengtong coal preparation plant, the moisture of the washed raw coal is reduced, the potential safety hazards such as bunker channeling and bin running are solved, and the normal production of the coal preparation plant is ensured.
