摘要
分析了潘三选煤厂的生产现状,提出降低重介浅槽分选下限的必要性,并针对潘三矿井当前升井原煤煤质对重介浅槽进行6 mm洗选的生产方式进行研究。结果表明:原煤筛分效率可达80%以上,浅槽E_(p)值稳定在0.04~0.06 kg/L水平,原煤入洗率提高19.10个百分点,商品煤发热量达到20.92 MJ/kg以上,经济效益显著。
The production status of Pansan Coal Preparation Plant is analyzed, the necessity of lowering the lower limit of Dense medium shallow trough separation is put forward, and the production method of 6mm washing in Dense medium shallow trough is studied according to the current coal quality of raw coal in Pansan mine.The results show that the screening efficiency of raw coal can reach more than 80%,the E_(p)value of the shallow groove is stable at the level of 0.04~0.06 kg/L,the washing rate of raw coal is increased by 19.10 percentage points, and the calorific value of commercial coal is above 20.92 MJ/kg, and the economic benefits are remarkable.
