摘要 基于智能AI识别系统在选煤厂煤量监测与异物识别的研究与应用,旨在采用智能AI识别系统,针对选煤厂胶带运输机场景区域,通过计算机视觉(CV)技术与视频监控规则深度融合,满足对煤量的实时监测、自动计算,同时通过AI算法模型实时分析运行中胶带的异物情况(如煤矸石、金属物等),实现选煤厂生产过程中各类安全管理问题的可感知、可预警、可追溯。 As for the purpose of the research and application of coal quantity monitoring and foreign material identification in coal preparation plant based on intelligent AI recognition system, it adopts the intelligent AI recognition system to satisfy the real-time monitoring and automatic calculation of coal quantity by the deep integration of computer vision(CV)technology and video monitoring rules for the scene area of the belt conveyor in the coal washing plant.In the meantime, the foreign material(such as coal gangue, metal objects, etc.)of the belt in operation is analyzed in real time through the AI algorithm model, so that the perceptibility, early warning and traceability of various safety management problems in the production process of the coal washing plant can be realized.
