摘要 选取鄂尔多斯某煤化工废水进行高密度澄清池同步除硅除硬研究。本研究采用石灰-氧化镁法,高密池产水浊度、总硬度、二氧化硅去除率分别达到95.9%、77%、52.4%。进一步对高密池石灰加药量、除硅除硬池pH、污泥回流量等影响产水水质的重要影因素进行对比分析,得出最佳运行条件,可实现高密池产水水质长周期稳定达标。 The wastewater from a coal chemical industry in Ordos was selected for the simultaneous removal of silicon and hardness in a high-density clarifier.In this study, the lime-magnesium oxide method was used to make the turbidity, total hardness and silica removal rate of the high-density pool water reach 95.9%,77%,and 52.4%,respectively.By further comparing and analyzing the important factors that affect the water quality, such as the amount of lime dosing in the high-density tank, the pH of the silicon-removing and hardening tank, and the return flow of sludge, the optimal operating conditions of the high-density tank can be obtained, which can realize the water quality of the high-density tank.Long-term stable compliance.
