四子饮联合吡诺克辛钠对初期皮质性白内障患者对比度视力和晶状体浑浊度的影响

Effects of Sizi Decoction combined with pirenoxine sodium on contrast visual acuity and lens turbidity in patients with primary cortical cataract

目的观察四子饮联合吡诺克辛钠对初期皮质性白内障(ECC)患者对比度视力和晶状体浑浊度的影响。方法将我院ECC患者120例(189眼)按照随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组各60例,治疗组95只眼,对照组94只眼。对照组应用吡诺克辛钠治疗,治疗组应用四子饮联合吡诺克辛钠治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后不同对比度视力、视功能生存质量量表(VF)评分、晶状体混浊度。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组在对比度50%、35%、25%下视力均高于治疗前,治疗组在对比度50%、35%、25%下视力均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组VE每个条目评分均高于治疗前,治疗组VF每个条目评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组晶状体混浊度缓解程度明显优于治疗前,治疗组晶状体混浊度缓解程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论四子饮联合吡诺克辛钠治疗ECC患者疗效优于吡诺克辛钠,改善不同对比度视力,提高视功能生存质量,降低晶状体混浊度。

Objective To observe the effect of Sizi Decoction combined with pinoxine sodium on contrast visual acuity and lens opacity in patients with primary cortical cataract(ECC).Methods A total of 120 ECC patients(189 eyes)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 60 cases in each group,with 95 eyes in treatment group and 94eyes in control group.Control group was treated with pirenoxine sodium,and treatment group was treated with Sizi Decoction on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,different contrast visual acuity,visual function and quality of life(VF)score,and lens opacity before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the visual acuity at 50%,35%,and 25% contrast was higher than that before treatment in both groups,and were higher in treatment group than in control group(P<0.05);the scores of each item of VE were higher than those before treatment in both groups,and were higher in treatment group than in control group(P<0.05);the degree of remission of lens opacity was significantly better than that before treatment in both groups,and was significantly higher in treatment group than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sizi Decoction combined with pirenoxine sodium has better curative effect than pirenoxine sodium in treatment of ECC.
