基于数据挖掘的烂喉痧辨治规律挖掘与分析

目的挖掘古籍中烂喉痧的辨治规律。方法运用数理统计及因子分析、聚类分析、关联规则方法,对温病古籍中烂喉痧的病因、病位、方药、治法等信息进行系统整理分析。结果烂喉痧病因以感受温热时毒疫疬之气和正气亏虚为主;病位多在咽喉与肌肤,多留于肺;证候包括毒侵肺卫证、营血分证、邪入肝肾证;其治法以清热解毒为主,对于烂喉痧的治疗强调外治法,且外治法种类繁多;常用药对为牛黄-珍珠、冰片-大青叶、牛膝-鲜臭花娘根、冰片-牛黄、冰片-雄黄、冰片-麝香、玄参-马勃配伍有清热、止痛、敛疮之功,具有烂喉痧治疗特色。结论从温病古籍中对烂喉痧辨治理论进行数据挖掘,可为现代急性呼吸道传染病猩红热及小儿猩红热等提供治疗参考,同时为现代应对突发性传染病策略提供参考。

Objective To analyze the discrimination and treatment of lanhousha in TCM classics.Methods Using the mathematical statistics and data mining methods to sort and analyze information of lanhousha in TCM classics,such as etiology,disease-bit,treatment and prescriptions.Results The causes of lanhousha involved warms up when poison and weakened body resistance,and its site of cerebral apoplexy located in throat,skin and stomach.TCM syndrome of lanhousha included toxin invading lung-defense phase,blood circulation syndrome and deficiency syndrome of both liver and kidney yin.For the treatment of lanhousha,more emphasis on external treatment,with external use,throat blowing,removal of rot and other treatment methods.Bezoar-pearl,borneol-isatis leaf,achyranthes-bidentata root,borneol-bezoar,borneol-realgar,borneol-musk,black ginsengpuffer could treat lanhousha.Conclusion The data mining of the theory of lanhousha differentiation and treatment from the TCM classics of warm diseases can provide a reference for the treatment of modern acute respiratory infectious diseases such as scarlet fever and children’s scarlet fever.At the same time,it provides reference for modern strategies to deal with emergent infectious diseases.
