摘要 白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-17A是重要的促炎性细胞因子,参与机体固有和适应性免疫应答。IL-17A可以诱导多种细胞因子、趋化因子、炎症因子和抗微生物蛋白产生,在慢性炎症与自身免疫性疾病中发挥重要作用。近年来的研究显示,IL-17A也参与了肿瘤免疫,并在肿瘤发生发展中发挥多样的作用。文章对IL-17A在肿瘤免疫中的作用研究进展进行简要综述。 Interleukin 17A(IL-17A)is an important pro-inflammatory cytokine involved in the innate and adaptive immune response.IL-17A could induce the production of various cytokines,chemokines,inflammatory mediators and antimicrobial proteins,and involvement in chronic inflammation and autoimmune diseases has been confirmed.Recent works have demonstrated that IL-17A participated in tumor immunity and played multiple roles in different stages of tumor genesis and development.This review briefly summarizes the research progress of the role of IL-17A in tumor immunity.
