摘要
在钢板三角感应加热热弹塑性数值模拟基础上,开发了钢板三角感应加热的固有应变数据查询程序,将实际的固有应变分布加载至弹性有限元模型,对帆形板的多加热线变形形状进行计算。结果表明,采用弹性有限元计算得到的挠度值与实验值一致,且计算时间短,表明该计算过程是有效的,可以应用于帆形板的多加热线变形预测。
Based on the thermal-elastic-plastic numerical simulation of steel plate triangle induction heating,a query program of inherent strain data for steel plate triangular induction heating was developed.Then,the actual inherent strain distribution was loaded in the elastic finite element model to calculate the deformation shape of convex plate with multiple heating lines.The results show that the deflection value by elastic finite element model is consistent with the experimental value with a short time,which indicate that the calculation process is effective and can be applied to the deformation prediction of the convex plate with multiple heating lines.
