Thoughts on the Communication Handover of the Wounded in the Medical Platoon of the Synthetic Battalion

目的 完善合成营卫生排伤员通讯交接内容,为部队卫生排训练提供借鉴。方法 通过查阅文献资料研究,分析伤员通讯交接的必要性及当前伤员通讯交接中存在的问题,完善伤员通讯交接内容。结果 当前伤员通讯交接存在交接内容不明晰的突出问题。为促进伤员在救治机构间救治衔接,需对伤员负伤位置、伤员数量、致伤原因类型,有生命危险的伤员数量、处置措施、伤员状况及急需急救措施进行通讯交接。结论 在通讯交接中突出交接重点、优化交接内容,能够促进伤员在救治机构间的救治衔接,提高医疗后送能力。

Objective To improve the communication handover of the wounded in the medical platoon of the synthetic battalion, and to provide reference for the training of the medical platoon. Methods The necessity and the existing problems in the communication handover of the wounded were analyzed by consulting the literature, and the communication handover of the wounded was completed. Results At present, the communication handover of the wounded had the prominent problem of unclear content. In order to promote the connection of the treatment of the wounded in the medical institutions, it was necessary to communicate the wounded location, number of the wounded, causes of the wounded, number of life-threatening wounded, treatment measures, condition of the wounded and urgent first-aid measures. Conclusion Sticking out the key points and optimizing the content of communication handover can promote the connection of treatment among the medical institutions and improve the medical evacuation capability.
