摘要
针对现有矿井提升机监测系统存在网络通信压力大、可扩展性低的问题,设计了一种基于边缘计算的提升机状态监测系统。该系统通过基于C#开发的WinForm上位机设置数据采集的任务参数,使用TCP/IP协议向多个终端设备发布任务,终端提取矿井提升机液压缸油压和电动机、主轴、减速器的轴承振动、温度的数据特征后传输给上位机并储存在MySQL数据库中,可降低提升机监测的通信成本并满足可扩展性需求。
In view of the problems such as great network communication pressure and low expansibility of the monitoring system for state of the mine hoist, a monitoring system for state of the mine hoist was designed based on edge computation. The system set the parameters of data collection task with WinForm host computer developed based on C#, and used TCP/IP protocol to issue tasks to multiple terminals. The terminals extracted data features about the pressure of the hydraulic cylinder, the vibration and temperature of the bearing of the motor, spindle and reducer, and then uploaded them to the host computer and stored in MySQL database. The system reduced the communication cost of the monitoring for hoist and met the demand in expansibility.
