摘要
通过分析大跨距回转窑设计的影响因素,以φ5.8 m×80 m回转窑为例,研究在不同支撑布置方案下,回转窑筒体的弯曲应力。采用有限元方法,研究大跨距回转窑的筒体挠度以及相应的判定标准,为大跨距两档回转窑研发提供了重要的依据。
After analyzing the factors affecting the design of large-span rotary kiln, the paper took φ 5.8m×80 m rotary kiln as example, and researched the bending stress of the barrel of the rotary kiln with various supporting layout schemes. In addition, the finite element method was applied to research the deflection of the barrel of the large-span rotary kiln and corresponding judgment criteria, which offered important reference for the development of the large-span two-stage rotary kiln.
