中药内服联合穴位贴敷防治小儿反复呼吸道感染缓解期肺脾气虚证30例临床观察

Clinical observation on 30 cases of infantile recurrent respiratory tract infection in remission stage with lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome prevented and treated by internal use combined with acupoint patching of traditional Chinese medicine

目的 观察中药内服联合穴位贴敷防治小儿反复呼吸道感染缓解期肺脾气虚证的临床疗效。方法选取2019年6月至2020年12月岑溪市中医医院儿科门诊就诊的反复呼吸道感染缓解期肺脾气虚证患儿60例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组予中药玉屏风散合四君子汤加减口服,治疗1周、休息1周为1个疗程,连服6个疗程共12周并观察3个月;治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上加穴位贴敷治疗,10 d为1个疗程,每个月连敷10 d。2组均治疗1个月后统计临床疗效。结果 对照组总有效率为70.0%(21/30),治疗组为90.0%(27/30),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组中医证候总积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;治疗后,2组中医证候总积分均显著下降,与同组治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗下降更显著(P<0.05)。结论 中药内服联合穴位贴敷防治小儿反复呼吸道感染缓解期肺脾气虚证,效果良好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of internal use combined with acupoint patching of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of infantile recurrent respiratory tract infection in remission stage with lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome.Methods From June 2019 to December 2020,60 children in remission stage of recurrent respiratory tract infection with lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome in pediatric outpatient department of Cenxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into control group and treatment group using a random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral administration of Yupingfeng San(玉屏风散)and modified Sijunzi Tang(四君子汤),1 week of treatment,1 week of rest as a course of treatment,4 courses of treatment for 8 weeks,and followed up for 3 months.The treatment group was treated with acupoint patching on the basis of the control group,10 days as a course,10 days per month for 3 months.Results The total effective rate was 70.0%(21/30)in the control group and 90.0%(27/30)in the treatment group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the total scores of Chinese medicine syndromes between the two groups(P>0.05),and they were comparable.After treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were decreased significantly,compared with those in the same group before treatment,differences being significant(P<0.05),and the decrease in treatment group was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Internal use of Chinese medicine combined with acupoint patching in prevention and treatment of infantile recurrent respiratory tract infection in remission stage with lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome is worthy of clinical application because of good effect.
