九型人格理论在中医儿科实习生临床教学中的应用 被引量:2

Application of enneagram in clinical teaching of pediatric interns of traditional Chinese medicine

摘要 目的 探讨九型人格理论在中医儿科实习生临床教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年1月至2020年6月在嘉兴市中医医院儿科轮转实习的中医儿科实习生60例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用传统的带教模式,观察组在对照组基础上进行以九型人格理论为基础的因材施教模式。2组均实习2个月后,比较其综合能力测试成绩、教学质量评分和带教满意度。结果 观察组的理论知识、实践技能、病例书写及综合成绩均明显高于对照组,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。观察组的带教态度、临床指导、沟通技巧及人文关怀等教学质量评分均明显高于对照组,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。观察组的带教总满意度为100.00%(30/30),明显高于对照组的86.67%(26/30),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 以九型人格理论为基础的性格形态分析运用于中医儿科实习生临床教学中,能有效提高教学质量,提高中医儿科实习生的综合能力和对教学的满意度,值得中医儿科临床实习教学借鉴。 ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of enneagram in clinical teaching of pediatric interns of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Chinese medicine in pediatric rotation practice in Jiaxing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into control group and observation group using a random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given the traditional teaching mode,while the observation group was in the individualized teaching mode based on the theory of enneagram.We kept statistics about the scores of comprehensive ability test,feedback onteaching qualityand teaching satisfaction about the two groups after 2 months of internship.Results The theoretical knowledge,practical skills,writing and comprehensive scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The scores of teaching attitude,clinical guidance,communication skills and humanistic care in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The total teaching satisfaction of the observation group was 100%(30/30),which was significantly higher than that of the control group 86.67%(26/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion on enneagram in the clinical teaching of pediatric interns of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the quality of teaching,comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction of interns effectively,which is worthy of clinical practice in teaching of pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine.
