摘要
为解决原专利产品“晶闸管功率组件”装置不能实现人机对话功能、实时监测与动态显示功能等问题,选用STM32F407VET6单片机作为主控单片机,使用单片机内部AD片上外设完成对装置主输出脉冲信号的AD转换。基于USART-HMI可编程智能串口屏的人机交互显示模组与主控CPU建立通信。主控CPU通过向串口屏发送AT指令调用屏内部按钮控件、进度条控件、文本控件、指针控件等组态控件驱动串口屏显示主控CPU串口发送过来的波形数据。实践表明该波形监测器能实时对“晶闸管功率组件”装置输出的脉冲信号完成监测与显示。
In order to solve the problem that the original patent product"Thyristor power module"device could not realize the functions of man-machine dialogue,real-time monitoring and dynamic display,the STM32F407VET6 single-chip microcomputer was selected as the main control single-chip microcomputer.The AD conversion of the main output pulse signal of the device was accomplished by using the external device on the AD chip inside the MCU.The communication was based on the human-computer interaction display module and the main control CPU based on USART-HMI programmable intelligent serial port screen.The main control CPU sent AT command to the serial port screen to call the internal button control,progress bar control,text control,pointer control and other configuration controls drive the serial port screen to display the waveform data sent by the main control CPU serial port.The practice shows that the waveform monitor can monitor and display the output pulse signal of thyristor power module in real time.
