摘要
耳机插孔连接器生产过程当中,经常会遇到各种问题,加工的过程属于一个金属加工过程,可能造成其冷焊操作的结果。针对于现阶段存在的工艺进行研究和分析,建立起科学数据,实现材料加工过程当中提升其加工速度且保持良好的产品性能,提高其加工效率。对于耳机的插孔切割进行了研究和分析,在耳机模具的基础上进行了建模研究操作,经过对操作过程当中的塑件分析、分型以及成型零部件设计的分析,来进行其浇注系统以及其他方面的设计。在具体的实现过程当中,需要了解和掌握对应的数据信息,提取相关的信息数据来进行模具的设计,缩短建设周期的同时实现成本的降低和生产的高效应用,为类似的模具设计提供出必要的理论参考和借鉴。
In the production process of headphone jack connector,various problems are often encountered.The processing process belongs to a metal processing process,which may result in the cold welding operation.The existing processes at this stage were studied and analyzed,and scientific data were established to improve the processing speed,maintain good product performance and improve the processing efficiency in the process of material processing.The jack cutting of earphone was studied and analyzed,and the modeling research operation was carried out based on the earphone mold.Through the analysis of plastic parts in the operation process and the design of its parting and forming parts,the design of its pouring system and other aspects were mastered.In the specific implementation process,the corresponding data information was needed to understand and master,the relevant information data was extracted to design and establish the mold,the construction cycle was shorten,and the cost and the efficient application of production were reduced,so as to provide necessary theoretical reference and reference for similar mold design.
