正压转鼓垃圾风选机设计和性能试验

摘要 根据风力分选的基本原理设计了转鼓风选机,阐述了工作原理和整机结构,配置扩散室总成、吹起总成、管路系统、用于风量调节的回风阀和风机,并且对机器进行了空机性能试验和物料风选试验。空机性能试验结果表明,风选机吹嘴的气流速度与回风阀的风门开度角呈三次拟合函数关系。物料风选试验表明,当建筑垃圾以45 t/h的进料速度时,设备对区分可回收的塑料的适宜风门开度角为30°,此时风选机吹嘴的空气流速为7.5 m/s;对区分塑料、纸张和小木块等可燃物的适宜风门开度角为45°,此时风选机吹嘴的空气流速为14 m/s;对区分大块木头、石头等可作再生骨料的风门开度角为60°,此时风选机吹嘴的空气流速为21 m/s。对风选设备的气流控制和设计改造,以及物料的气流分选规律都有一定的指导意义。 According to the basic principle of wind separation,the rotary blower separator was designed,the working principle and the structure of the whole machine were described,the diffusion chamber assembly,blowing assembly,pipeline system,return air valve and fan for air volume regulation were configured,and the air machine performance test and material air separation test were carried out.The results of the empty machine performance test show that there is a cubic fitting function relationship between the air velocity of the blowing nozzle of the air separator and the opening angle of the return air valve.The material air separation test shows that when the construction waste is fed at the rate of 45 t/h,the appropriate air door opening angle of the equipment for distinguishing recyclable plastics is 30°,and the air flow rate of the blowing nozzle of the air separator is 7.5 m/s.The appropriate opening angle of the air door to distinguish plastics,paper,small wood and other combustibles is 45°.At this time,the air velocity at the blowing nozzle of the air separator is 14 m/s.The opening angle of the air door that can be used as recycled aggregate to distinguish large pieces of wood and stone is 60°.At this time,the air velocity of the blowing nozzle of the air separator is 21 m/s.It has certain guiding significance for the air flow control and design transformation of our air separation equipment and the air flow separation law of materials.
