摘要
某大学的低区恒压供水系统出现问题,不能提供部分区域的生活用水,严重影响到学校的行政办公和正常教学。因此,如何快速恢复供水显得尤其重要。对故障进行分析,系统由1个西门子的程序逻辑控制器(CPU SR30)、1台施耐德变频器(ATV212)、1个触摸屏操作面板(Wilo)、4台西门子电机和4台威乐水泵等硬件组成。在系统无法运行时,首先检查触摸屏的参数是否正确设置,再参考技术手册,了解变频器的主要参数和运行条件;当硬件检查和测量等常规的技术手段无法解决实际问题时,就需要运用工控软件的程序编写功能,修改PLC程序,更改备用输出点;在更改备用输出点还不能解决问题的情况下,须利用工控软件的在线监控和强制输出指令,协助判断故障原因,找出故障发生的具体位置;在确认故障系统CPU SR30模块DQb通道的公共点损坏时,采取短接K11继电器触点和修改触摸屏参数等技术手段和应急措施,实现快速恢复供水。实践证明:运用工控软件能有效解决自动化供水出现的难题,不仅可靠、准确,而且快速、方便,具有实际运用的参考价值。
A problem occurred in the constant pressure water supply system in a low area of a university,which could not provide domestic water in some areas,seriously affecting the school’s administrative office and normal teaching.Therefore,how to quickly restore water supply is particularly important.The fault was analyzed,the system consisted of a Siemens program logic controller(CPU SR30),a Schneider inverter(ATV212),a touch screen operation panel(Wilo),four Siemens motors and four Wilo pumps and other hardware components.When the system failed to run,first,checked whether the parameters of the touch screen were set correctly,and then referred to the technical manual to understand the main parameters and operating conditions of the inverter,when the conventional technical means such as hardware inspection and measurement cannot solve the actual problem,it was necessary to use the program writing function of the industrial control software,modifying the PLC program,and changing the standby output point,if the problem cannot be solved by changing the standby output point,the online monitoring and forced output instructions of the industrial control software must be used to assist in judging the cause of the fault and finding out the occurrence of the fault.When it was confirmed that the common point of the DQb channel of the CPU SR30 module of the system was damaged,technical means and emergency measures such as short-circuiting the K11 relay contact and modifying the parameters of the touch screen were adopted to quickly restore the water supply.Practice has proved that the use of industrial control software can effectively solve the problems of automatic water supply,which is not only reliable and accurate,but also fast and convenient,and has practical reference value.
