摘要
通过对拉手端盖形体要素的分析,找出了形体上存在的垂直开闭模侧向型孔要素和型槽要素,分别采用了斜导柱滑块抽芯机构,实现了成型垂直开闭模方向型孔和型槽型芯的抽芯。对于与开闭模方向平行的螺孔要素,采用了螺纹嵌件杆来支撑的结构,拉手端盖在脱模后可人工取出螺纹嵌件杆。运用了新型模具钢并配合新型热处理技术,提高了模具使用寿命,以及采用了一模四腔的模具实现了特大批量产品自动生产。采用了潜伏式点浇口及点浇口和顶杆设置在拉手端盖内型腔处,实现了“外观”要求。如此注塑模结构的设计过程,才能达到加工合格拉手端盖的目的。
Through the analysis of the shape elements of the handle end cover,the lateral hole elements and groove elements of the vertical opening and closing die on the shape were found out,and the inclined guide pillar slider core pulling mechanism was used to realize the core pulling of the vertical opening and closing die direction hole and groove core.For the screw hole elements that are parallel to the direction of opening and closing die,the screw insert rod is used to support the structure,and the handle end cover can manually take out the screw insert rod after demoulding.New die steel and new heat treatment technology are used to improve the service life of the die,and the the first mock examination with four cavities is used to realize automatic production of large quantities of products.The latent point gate and the point gate and the ejector rod are set at the inner cavity of the handle end cover,which realizes the requirements of"appearance".In this way,the design process of the injection mold structure can achieve the purpose of processing qualified handle end cover.
