摘要 本文通过9种不同牌号的溶聚丁苯胶进行系统的实验及分析,研究其加工使用性能的优劣,区分出适合低温轮胎的开发的耐寒胶种、适合安全轮胎开发的抗湿滑性能优异的胶种,适合综合性能提升的Payne效应较低的胶种,适合耐磨配方的胶种等,对合成胶为主的胎面配方的开发起到了很好的指导作用,后续的推广应用可提高轮胎的质量和性能,有利于打破欧盟轮胎标签法的限制。有利于提高丰源轮胎的产品附加值和市场竞争力,树立丰源轮胎公司的自主民族品牌。 In this paper,nine different grades of solution polymerized styrene butadiene rubber were systematically tested and analyzed to study their processing and application properties.The goal is to distinguish the cold resistant rubber suitable for low temperature tires,the rubber suitable for safety tires with excellent wet skid resistance,the rubber suitable for improved comprehensive performance with low Payne effect,and the rubber suitable for wear-resistant formula.These studies have played a very good role in guiding the development of tread formula based on synthetic rubber.The subsequent promotion and application can improve the quality and performance of tires,which is conducive to breaking the restrictions of the EU tire labeling law.It is conducive to improving the product added value and market competitiveness of Fengyuan Tire,and establishing the independent national brand of Fengyuan Tire company.
