摘要
薄煤层充填开采煤层高度低,为了更好地控制顶板下沉,要求薄煤层充填开采必须保证高充填率,并满足充填开采密封性、安全性的要求。提出了高充填率薄煤层液压支架的设计要求、关键技术以及适用范围,研究了薄煤层充填开采工作面设备布置方式,并设计研发了新型薄煤层充填液压支架。该支架既能对后部充填区域顶板进行有效支护,保证充填作业区的密封性,又能满足薄煤层充填开采对高充填率的要求。
Due to the low height of thin coal seam during filling and mining operation, in order to better control the roof subsidence, the thin coal seam is required to ensure high filling ratio and meet the requirements of sealing and safe operation. In the paper, the design requirements, key technologies and application scope of the hydraulic support for the thin coal seam with high filling ratio were proposed, the layout of the equipments on work face of filling and mining thin coal seam was studied, and new-type hydraulic support for filling thin coal seam was designed and developed. The support not only effectively supported the roof of rear filled zone so as to guarantee the sealing of the filled zone, but met the requirements of high filling ratio for filling and mining thin coal seam.
