基于教育信息化的高职院校就业指导实训课程的建设方案研究

Research on the Construction Scheme of Vocational College Employment Guidance Training Curriculum Based on Education Informatization

高职院校开展的就业指导实训课程是学生职业素质培养和就业择业技能训练重要的基石,是高职院校课程体系的重要组成部分。文中探讨了在教育信息化背景下,就业指导课程实训教学模式的不足和发展受限的相关问题,同时对创建基于教育信息化的高职院校职业指导实训课程的意义和课程建设存在的困难进行了讨论,最后提出了对应的信息化实训课程建设框架,以期为就业指导实训课程的开发和教学模式改革提供借鉴。

Practical training course teaching of employment guidance carried out by higher vocational colleges is an important cornerstone of students’vocational quality training and employment skills training,and an important component of the curriculum system of higher vocational colleges.This paper discusses the problems related to the deficiencies and deve lopment limitations of the practical training teaching model of employment guidance courses in the context of education informatization,and discusses the significance of creating vocational guidance practical training courses in higher vocational colleges based on education informatization and the difficulties in curriculum construction.Finally,it proposes a corresponding framework for the construction of informatization practical training courses,with a view to providing reference for the development of employment guidance practical training courses and the reform of teaching models.
