抢险救灾移动环境下视频高速传输技术分析

Analysis of Video High-speed Transmission Technology in Mobile Environment

我国自然灾害频繁发生,在抢险救援工作中,快速且准确了解灾情,为相关指挥决策部门提供情报,能够为抢险救援工作的成功开展提供保障。应急通信是获取灾情信息的主要渠道,当前我国在抢险救灾应急通信方面采用的是卫星电话,以语音信号为主,能够利用应急通信车提升图像信号传输的效果,为了能够提升视频传输的效果,文中主要分析抢险救灾过程中视频高速传输技术的应用,并提出了系统构建的建议,旨在为促使各类视频的良好传输夯实基础。

Frequent occurrence of natural disasters in our country,the rapid and accurate understanding of the disaster situation in the emergency rescue work,providing information for the relevant command and decision-making departments,can provide security for the successful implementation of emergency rescue work,emergency communication is the main channel to obtain disaster information.At present,in our country,satellite telephone is used in emergency communication for rescue and disaster relief,with voice signal as the main one,in order to improve the effect of video transmission,this paper mainly analyzes the application of video high-speed transmission technology in the process of rescue and relief,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the system construction,aiming at laying a solid foundation for the good transmission of all kinds of video.
