摘要 随着新时期数字化档案管理工作的日益推进,做好公安户籍档案数字化管理显得尤为关键。综合来看,当前公安户籍档案数字化管理虽已取得一定的管理成果,但要想做到与时俱进,其户籍查询效率与质量仍需进一步提高,以满足新时期广大人民群众对数字化档案管理服务的需求。文中就户籍档案数字化管理问题与如何充分、全面地利用数字化管理成果展开综合论述,希望能为档案工作者提供一定的参考建议。 With the increasing advancement of digital archives management in the new era,it is particularly critical to do a good job in the digital management of public security registered residence archives.In a comprehensive view of the cur rent situation of digital management of publice security registered residence files,although some management achievements have been made,the efficiency and quality of registered residence inguiry still need to be further improved to meet the needs of the masses of the people for digital file management services in the new era if they want to keep pace with the times.This paper discusses the digital management of registered residence files and how to give full play to the achievements of digital management,hoping to provide some reference suggestions for archivists.
