随着时代的进步,信息技术的发展日新月异,网络技术应用的范围越来越广,数字化、信息化档案管理的模式与传统的档案管理相比有着不可比拟的优势,在推进社会发展、满足现代警务需求、服务民生等方面有着重要的推进作用。文中对数字档案室建设管理的意义进行了强调,分析了当前基层公安数字档案建设中存在的具体问题及优化措施,以期能够为公安数字档案建设工作的开展提供参考。

With the progress of the times,the development of information technology is changing with each passing day,and the scope of network technology application is more and more extensive.Compared with traditional file management,the digital and information-based file management mode has incomparable advantages,which plays an important role in promoting social development,meeting the needs of modern police and serving the people's livelihood.This paper emphasizes the significance of the construction and management of digital archives,analyzes the specific problems and optimization measures in the current construction of digital archives of grassroots public security,hoping to provide reference for the development of the construction of digital archives of public security.
