架空输电线路架线施工高空作业质量智能管控应用

摘要 为解决输电线路工程中的架线施工存在施工难度较大等问题,同时为了能够及时了解施工情况,需要对特殊情况迅速做出响应,及时消除安全和质量隐患。进一步加强对线路工程施工的安全管理,通过采用视频监控与视频分析结合的方式进行质量管控,同时通过对人员健康状态、施工装备的检测,如牵张机、安全带、周围环境等,最终确保现场施工安全,预防施工事故发生,以期为相关人员(或工程)提供参考。 In order to solve the problems such as great construction difficulty in the stringing construction of the transmission line project,at the same time,in order to understand the construction situation in a timely manner,respond quickly to special situations,and eliminate the potential safety and quality hazards in a timely manner.Further strengthen the safety management of the line project construction,conduct the quality control system by combining video monitoring and video analysis,and finally ensure the site construction safety and prevent construction accidents by detecting the health status of personnel and the status of construction equipment such as retractors,safety belts,and the surrounding environment,so as to provide reference for relevant personnel(or projects).
