摘要
电控喷油器是整个电控高压共轨燃油系统中最为核心的零部件,加工难度和复杂度最大,从电控喷油器内部结构及工作原理着手,分析电控喷油器工作过程。喷油器电磁阀是电控共轨喷油器中最为重要部件之一,分析电磁阀关键参数对喷油器响应速度的影响,喷油器驱动电流的控制与ECU的驱动电路密切相关,得出喷油器对地短路的故障机理,通过模拟试验,得出ECU报错的边界条件。排查某发动机工作过程中频繁报出喷油器对地短路问题,发现电磁阀结构和包裹的橡胶护套存在绝缘性不足问题,最后通过设计优化,问题得以彻底解决,为以后出现类似的问题提供解决思路。
The electronic fuel injectors are the most important component of the entire electronic controlled common rail fuel system, with the greatest processing difficulty and complexity, the internal structure and oper-ating principle of the electronically controlled injectors and solenoids are analyzed. The injector solenoid is one of the most important component of the electronically controlled fuel injectors. the impact of key solenoid pa-rameters on the injector impact response speed. The control of the injector drive current is closely related to the drive circuit of the ECU, the mechanism for the injector short circuit to ground was obtained by the simulation test for looking for the boundary conditions in which the ECU reported the error. The problem of injector short circuit to ground was frequently reported during operation of an engine, and the solenoid valve structure and the rubber jacket that was packaged were found to be insufficiently insulated. Finally, through design optimization, the problem was thoroughly solved, providing ideas for resolving similar problems in the future.
