国内非道路柴油移动机械排放标准发展综述

The Development of Non-road Diesel Mobile Machinery Emission Standards in China

本文首先回顾非道路柴油移动机械排放标准发展历程,并对不同阶段排放标准的适用范围、排气污染物限值要求、测试工况、整车排放测试作了深入对比。其次根据不同阶段排放标准详细分析主机厂开发的主流技术路线,旨在全面梳理我国非道路柴油移动机械技术开发走势。最后通过对非道路Ⅳ阶段法规分析,预测下阶段非道路标准重点修订内容,目的指导主机厂整机开发方向。

Firstly, this paper reviews the development process of non-road diesel mobile machinery emission standards, and makes an in-depth comparison of the application scope of emission standards in different stages, exhaust pollutant limit requirements, test conditions and vehicle emission test. Secondly, according to the emission standards at different stages, the mainstream technical route developed by the main engine enterprise is analyzed in detail, in order to comprehensively sort out the development trend of non-road diesel mobile machinery technology in China. Finally, through the analysis of non road phase IV regulations, the key revision contents of non road standards in the next stage are predicted, in order to guide the development direction of the whole machine of the main engine enterprise.
