职业院校新能源汽车专业实训基地建设的思考——从“人机料法环”五维度分析

摘要 近年来随着新能源汽车的爆发式增长,高职院校纷纷增设新能源汽车专业,但配套的新能源汽车实训基地却不完善,导致实训资源不能保证新能源汽车专业人才的培养质量。文章阐述了建设新能源汽车专业实训基地的一些要求,从“人机料法环”五个维度分析了当前新能源汽车专业实训基地建设面临的困难,并提出了新能源汽车实训基地建设的对策,为高职院校建设高水平新能源汽车实训基地建设提供了一定的参考。 In recent years, with the explosive growth of new energy vehicles, higher vocational colleges have added new energy vehicle majors, but the supporting new energy vehicle training base is not perfect, resulting in training resources can not guarantee the training quality of new energy vehicle professionals. This paper expounds some requirements for the construction of new energy vehicle professional training base, analyzes the difficulties faced by the construction of new energy vehicle professional training base from the five dimensions of " man-machine material method ring, " and puts forward the countermeasures for the construction of new energy vehicle training base, which provides some reference for the construction of high-level new energy vehicle training base in higher vocational colleges.
