信息化时代高校图书馆服务探讨

Discussion on university library service in information age

人们每天面对互联网海量的信息,进行个人定制过的智能化精准推送会造成高度信息同质化,会产生“信息茧房”效应。文章针对“信息茧房”效应的产生以及当前国内外研究进行梳理,分析“信息茧房”效应对于高校图书馆的负面影响及原因,进而围绕服务模式、渠道、信息素养教育、信息平台、数字资源与纸本资源双管齐下、馆员服务队伍5个角度提出如何破“茧”而出的建议,指出高校图书馆在打破“信息茧房”效应中扮演着重要角色。

People are confronted with a huge amount of information on the Internet every day,and the intelligent and precise pushing of personalized information will cause a high degree of information homogeneity,which will produce the“information cocoon”effect.This paper compares the generation of“information cocoon”effect and current domestic and foreign researches,analyzes the negative effects of“information cocoon”effect on university libraries and its causes,and then focuses on service mode,channel,information literacy education,information platform,digital resources and paper resources,and librarian service.It then proposes how to break the cocoon from five perspectives:service mode,channels,information literacy education,information platform,digital resources and paper resources,and librarians’service team,and points out that university libraries play an important role in breaking the“information cocoon”effect.
