摘要 1E40F发动机曲轴箱合箱工序要求螺钉拧紧扭矩7±0.1Nm,传统的装配工艺一次装配不能达到扭矩的要求,需要使用扭矩扳手对每个螺钉进行复紧,效率低,通过设计合箱工序的工艺装备,结合定扭矩扳手的使用,使多个合箱螺钉同时自动紧固,提高了产品质量和工作效率,有一定的推广价值。 The tightening torque of screws is required to be 7 ± 0.1 nm in the closing process of 1 E40 F engine crankcase. The traditional assembly process can not meet the torque requirements at one time, so it is necessary to use a torque wrench to re tighten each screw, which is inefficient. Through the design of the process equipment of the closing process and the use of a fixed torque wrench, multiple closing screws are automatically tightened at the same time, which improves the product quality and work efficiency, and has certain promotion value.
